Hok-Si-La Municipal Park and Campground

Hok-Si-La Municipal Park and Campground is open year-round for day use.
One Mile North of Lake City on Hwy 61.

The park has a 252-acre municipally owned and operated park located on Lake Pepin. The park offers spectacular views of the Mississippi River, Lake Pepin, and the surrounding bluffs. Check their Facebook for reports on area conditions for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, walking and skate skiing.

*New in 2023! Hok Si La has cabins available to book for your rustic weekend getaway!! The cabins are open for booking every weekend through the 1st of the year (2 night minimum).  Cabins have heat and electricity so you aren’t totally roughing it! Escape to nature for a couple days!

Sleeping Cabins, Tent Camping, Picnic Areas, Screened Shelters, Charcoal Grills, Dining Hall Rental, Environmental Education & Interpretive Center Swimming Beach w/o Lifeguard, Volleyball & Basketball courts, Hiking & Nature Trails, Cross Country Skiing Trails, Chapel, Birding, Free Boat Launch, Public Restrooms & Bathhouse, Playground.

The park is alive with migrating birds in both parks. Opportunities abound for viewing great varieties of birds, flora, and fauna.

Screened shelters, hall, camper cabins & tenting open May through mid-October.
