Upstairs includes the open and spacious living area, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms upstairs – one memory foam king bed and one queen bed, plus one full bath.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining.
Downstairs has a separate cozy living area, queen bed and 3/4 bath.
A large deck overlooks Lake Pepin and the walking path that takes you right to the marina.
Fast, reliable wi-fi and two smart TVs will keep you connected if you wish, but feel free to disconnect and just enjoy the view.
This property is a duplex, with a tenant on the other half. The space is well-insulated for noise, but we appreciate you being conscientious.
